transmission- Before being booted up to Intel's 2nd level tech support, I was being treated in the usual manner, "It's not our fault. It's ___________(fill in the blank) fault." With 2nd level support, the guy is actually calling me back! Can you believe that? Roadrunner does not like their subs networking off their cable modem, but so far Roadrunner has not stopped it. I'm hoping the footprint of home use wireless cable modem LANs gets so established that it will be hard to charge more for it later. I guess we are like squatters in some ways. I would pay more in a heartbeat for a robust CM connection. But to pay more for a mediocre CM connection because of a one or two client LAN would irritate me. -MikeM(From Florida)
