Intel (INTC) 61 3/4 -1 5/16: Lehman Brothers analyst Dan Niles comments on Intel; believes demand looks good with the exception of Europe which is picking up and retails demand is solid with normal levels of channel inventory; additionally notes that even though shares are up 53% versus the Nasdaq which is down 4%, he continues to believe that its performance will continue, reiterates $88 price target.

One of the first things they teach you when you are sell-side analyst is to not use the word "will" unless proceeded by "in our opinion", "in our view", "we believe", "according to the company", etc. Buy-side guys usually have more leeway when speaking to the public unless they are voluntarily unregistered hedge funds.
