JRI, if you believe what Fisher Black and Myron Scholes thought (and I do) then expected return has absolutely no effect on the price of an option. It is indeed purely a question of volatility (along with time to expiration and interest rates).

My relatives own a lot of DELL and EMC.....The Boston-based storage firm sure has received a PREMIUM valuation in the last year. It's a very well-run company and is starting to get priced for perfection, IMO.
