From what type of economic conditions? <How about your guys releasing the Strategic Petroleum Reserves?> Senator Schumer has been calling for the release of these Strategic Petroleum Reserves. I'm well aware of the conservative Hawk argument, Richard. But there are some business' that have been closing up as a result of high energy prices. Have you thought about that? Or, is your scope just limited to your radical conservative principles?
