Neocon, You may be correct that NATO will replace the U.N. and since we fund it...It may be a lot cheaper and more effective. Whatever works is what I am concerned about. I have a friend who is assigned to the FBI and involved with the Weapons of Mass Destruction Program. Cooperation between the two Countries is a Certainty. I am more concerned with a Terrorist in the Middle East, I have seen so much of that and it is why we need a Middle Peace Accord which can evolve into something more in that area. We cannot continue $$$$$$ spending in that region when there is no cooperation...
