Which broker was that? Do you have a link to that statement? I'd like to read it. I wonder if the broker just made that statement without asking VIAD for an explanation.

Was the R&D intended to enhance software for internal use?
Was the R&D part of a in-process R&D that was acquired?

Does the broker mention any details about the R&D?
