And the point is that any "market" where production is controlled by more than 50% by a cartel is no market at all. The bottom line: Bush and Big Time Dick should be condemning OPEC and all that it represents, and instead they are apologists and cheerleaders for the most undemocratic and monopolistic international organization on earth. Dubya is ruing the day that he chose Big Time Dick as his running mate. He's going to be pulled down by the fat tub o' lard around his neck.
