Big Yawn from the market. I have to say that this can't be good news,even though I originally hated this merger. The fact is the 2 men who created,ran and own more of this company's equity than any other shareholder KNOW that the situation FN prospered in for the last 15 years is OVER,otherwise they wouldn't have made this move. If they were NOT doing their fiduciary duty they would have DUMPED their personal shares,then done what they did. I know I sound like a hypocrite because I originally opposed this move,but these guys are smarter than we are. TM
