Paul,

Agreed, and I close my short position I opened yesterday(USPIX-short NDX), just in case the NDX joins in with the possible rally tomorrow in the DOW and SPX.

The DOW has fulfilled the minimum of the CLASS 1 BUY signal, although it was negated 1 day.

The SOX closed down 4.49% while the NAZ only closed down 1.75%, so the SOX was more negative than the NAZ/NDX, which to me implies weakness in any rally, unless the SOX can lead to the upside.

Paul,

I just noticed something in my short-term technicals that is giving me a hint that the sector rotation we saw today may continue, where money may continue to flow out of the NAZ into the DOW. Its really hard attempting to predict sector rotation, since the patterns are so complex.
