DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Sep 22, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- International Foam
Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:IFOS) announced today that the Company and its patented
proprietary process, the Styro Solve(TM) System(c) are being showcased in the
upcoming October 1, 2000 issues of the U.S. and European editions of the DuPont
Magazine, the quarterly marketing publication of DuPont (NYSE:DD).

Harvey Katz, C.E.O. of International Foam Solutions, Inc. (IFS) stated "By
featuring The Styro Solve System(c) in their quarterly magazine, DuPont
recognizes IFS as a potential leader in polystyrene on-site reduction and
recycling." International Foam Solutions, Inc. (IFS) has a proprietary
environmentally safe, non-hazardous, chemical process that effectively addresses
the world's growing polystyrene disposal problems. IFS uses a product of
DuPont's Nylon division as one of its key ingredients.

The full color two page article will feature pictures of the IFS Solution
Machine(c) and discuss its revolutionary applications. The DuPont magazine is
distributed in North America and has a circulation of over 250,000. The article
will be on IFS's web site when it is released.

Katz also announced today that in a separate article "The Styro Solve System(c)
will be in the DuPont Europe quarterly magazine. This article will be translated
into a number of languages and distributed throughout Europe. This will give IFS
tremendous exposure to a wider audience.

"IFS has received positive responses from DuPont distributors in six European
countries: Norway, England, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. IFS is making
plans to meet with these distributors within the next 60 days to finalize
agreements," stated Katz.

"Europe has a larger population than the United States and we in the US tend to
forget this fact. In addition, European Companies have generally been more
responsive to environmental issues than US Companies", added Katz. "I see this
as another opportunity to enhance the growth of IFS. This is beneficial for IFS
and the distributors. Some areas of Europe have mandated to keep Styrofoam(R)
out of landfills and garbage dumps and require EPS to be recycled, EPS sales
have been hampered in Europe. Using the IFS `Styro Solve System', EPS sales
should rise significantly to match or exceed the US market. The size of the
polystyrene market is so vast (approx. 9 billion pounds per year in the U.S. or
2.7 billion dollars) and if the European market meets expectations within the
near future this figure should double. This equates to IFS reducing & recycling
360,000,000 lbs. to 900,000,000 lbs. per yr."

Polystyrene often referred to as Styrofoam(R) -- a trademark of Dow Chemical
(NYSE:DOW) -- is used extensively in school food service items such as food
trays, plates, bowls, salad containers, coffee and cold drink containers as well
as forks, spoons, etc. Polystyrene is also used in meat packages, fruit and
vegetable packaging from supermarket to insulation boards and packaging inserts.
"These items can now be recycled economically using our system and at the same
time kept out of the landfills," added Katz.
