You know Sir Kidl long term shareholders in this POS sustained different types of irreversible damage. I gather I was left with sucky attitude. What goes around comes around. Don't be a cry baby. Tuesday forecast: Win / Win or Loose / Loose Win / Win: Richmond will get a huge economic boost subject to ALR approval and Sungold shares will surge. Loose / Loose: Richmond will have to look for other ways to keep the city coffers filled and to keep local businesses and tourism afloat. Sungold shares will take another dip until investors realize that Richmond has been taken out of the equation a long time ago. Sungold will target another location for this project and whether they or someone else will get the deal, the deal will be done! There will be a new racetrack in BC and the only question is, who will be the owner and which municipality will reap the rewards? Now it’s up to council. Move forward or embrace the status quo … Listen to voters or listen to special interest groups … Listen to economic reality or listen to backwater economic policies … We shall find out …
