lebed flat out lied and caught the mm's off guard with his crap..you make a mm pay and they will get there boys to get you.. who is looking out for the investors...nobody WHY DID THESE COMPANIES HAVE TO REPORT... so the mm's could get the info they needed in seconds to make any corrections they needed to on volume.. TO PROTECT THE INVESTOR-the biggest hog wash crap ever fed to people since the next line of crap they try to tell us.. i know etrade gets percentage points and others from their mm's for the business,wonder if others have the same kind of deals for there system.....

Yes I can agree to that. Don't want to even mention the symbol. Mr. Metals brought this one to the boards attention last year and it has gone through 3 periods of "hightened" activity. This company's largest customer is a company traded currently on the NYSE but the that customers management team has put together a buyout proposal to take the NYSE company private. Now this little unnamed OTC company has the same majority owner as the acquiring management group of the NYSE company. Is it possible that this little OTC company might be taken private as well. The OTC company IPO'd in 1996 at around $8.00 since then it has lost 99% of its market cap. Valued at closing price today it has a market cap of $440,000 as confirmed by the American Stock Transfer agent at 212-936-5100. The company is current on all filings. Annual report is due this month and the company assures me it will be filed. Who is this company? My guess is SSP will figure it out in 6.5 minutes.
