If the semi sector tanks, this may be on hold for a while. It will not be much fun, going on stage with Spinco, when Andy Grove is your opening act.

I agree. CNXT (or NOK) deal to give GSM IPR is very important to pricing the IPO appropriately. I think that's factor in IPO apparently not going before end of the month. I think IPO presold to institutions, but locking in the IPR key to price.
