Charles, it is not hard to figure it out.

Dell's europe earnings as a percentage of total earnings could be smaller than that of Intel. Even according to MSFT CFO, US and Asia are strong, Europe is weak. On top of that, I think that Intel also probably didn't handle the euro hedging correctly.

I'd tend to believe Intel over Dell. Michael Dell after all was the guy who recently said that they (Dell) were 2 years ago getting massive requests to their knowledge base on the word "Linux", but who 2 years ago flat out denied (to a Senate committee no less) that customers were asking about Linux at all. I don't know how they're gonna spin *that one. -JCJ
