I know.....what a mess. I think Intel is trying to put a better spin on it by citing R&D and other expenses but I think its too late.

It might be flippers panicking. For Long termers it will be a buying opp in a few weeks when the dust settles down. It seems like a bad news but not a disaster for the stock itself, they are still making decent revs. However, the side-effects and roach effect (if it happens) can be disaster for NASDAQ.
