Hmmm that would explain why CMGI can lose 2 bucks for the quarter and still trade at 34 while LDP keeps earning more money and languishes in the 20s. I think we stopped being a rational market last year sometime.

If Dan Niles had no idea what was going on he should, at the very least, become umemployed permanently. I can't imagine that he didn't have his clients buy on his downgrade and sell on his upgrade. It's way too coincidental to accept that all this has happened in 10 days with one of the most followed public companies in the world. Selective disclosure? When will the SEC do something right? Conversely, I wonder if Abby's clients we're selling this morning when she pounded the table on the market. This crap gets really old.
