Hi all again - this is interesting. Many of my stocks got to the double bottom after hours. If they gap down to where they are here in after hours tomorrow, does it mean they are likely to fail, since tomorrow we are likely to go the way of Jacob's ladder?

best, Bosco

Well, I am fortunate to be around 50% cash, tomorrow or better yet, next Tuesday might be a good time to redeploy. I'll have to see how we open, but I may be able to do another trip on SCMR (with only half the position since I already committed at $113, and HB, sorry about that $115, you should have told me that INTC will warn) from near $100.

And Tim, as to the wobbly one, once more, you may be right, but even if I am kicked out tomorrow, it is well sheltered due to the profits I took yesterday. WHat worries me most is that this announcement may get INTC under the support of $55, and that will be a major breach not easily "repairable.". Tell me that only now they knew of that and that the decline from $75 was not related in any shape or manner to "special interest" having advance knowledge of this belated announcement (g). Now you see why I listen to the TA much more than the FA.. Luckily, I thought that INTC and AMD should retest their low, so I did bail out yesterday of INTC, now we will see how well that test goes.

3550 on the Naz, here we come....

Bosco:

FSIW I liquidated some positions today in the morning bounce just to be off margin and raise cash. While I like the semi's they will not be the place to be for a while.

I will redeploy since I still expect the market to be strong thru election. However, caution and fear are waranted since we've had a lot of technical damage to the market. There are still plenty of good stocks but you need to be in ones which won't miss targets.
