What kills me about this is that the announcement shouldn't have an effect on CPQ. Didn't they have a lock on having a large number of chips delivered to them?
I seem to remember them doing a deal early in the year, 5 years I think, in which they receive certain shipments at a set cost.

So, if INTC came up short, it is doubtful that it is because of CPQ. That portion would have been factored in a while ago.
