Alex,
That is a generalization and gives an impression that this is a common occurence. Babies are born at homes in many countries and if it comes to a situation that they have babies in the field, there are usually mid wifes who help them out. And I am sure they do not go back to work after delivering.
I could use the generalization to indicate that they have babies on interstate highways. <ggg> They had one recently on I-66 in Northern VA, may I add not too far off from NRA Headquarters/museum <ggggg>

Sorry, Alexander but your dead wrong. Why do you think gestation is 40 weeks?........because it takes that long for an neonate to be mature enough to survive without special care. At 20 weeks it is near impossible to replace the womb so the fetus can mature. Lung maturation is critical for survival and hyaline membrane disease is universal at less than 30 weeks..........learn your facts.
