Fuel Cells: Ballard Power - The Fuel Cell King of the Road

Although this article discusses Ballard Power, there is a very nice summary of fuel cell companies at the end of the article ("Brian Robinson's Fuel Cell Watch List").

He list 20 fuel cell companies, the type of fuel cell technology, a point of interest about each company, a link to the companies home page and a research report (if available).

Bsd, Prtn goes public this week. Any thoughts?
>Proton Energy Systems' business is making a fuel of itself. The company makes proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrochemical devices, such as hydrogen generators and regenerative fuel cells. Proton Energy's HOGEN hydrogen generators produce high purity hydrogen from electricity and water for use with fuel cells and for smaller chemical and semiconductor manufacturers, among others. The company's UNIGEN regenerative fuel cells convert electricity to hydrogen so it can be stored and converted back to electricity as needed. The UNIGEN fuel cell can be used for back up power needed for transportation and energy. Through Arete Corporation, the Micro-Generation Technology Fund owns 22% of Proton Energy.
