Dave and Don: In addition to agreeing with Dave (God, it hurts to admit it) that the Fed is done with hikes, but if we do stumble down to 3200 or below look in the next two weeks for the first hints at an easing after the election. It is a cheap and easy way for the Fed to build a little confidence under all the hand-wringing. (assuming we have any and the market does slip, and it hangs on for two weeks, etc. etc. )
