When today's INTC cloud passes over, I suspect that it will become apparent that AMD's presence in the marketplace is one to be reckoned with...I also think that there is a very high probability that such a realization may be arrived at by a very large investment community in a very short interval of time with a positive result that dwarfs today's negative $6 AMD decline...I would also reiterate that today's announcement by Tiny is likely the beginning of any avalanche in shifting allegiances towards AMD, and as such, I would also reiterate that Dell now needs AMD more than AMD needs Dell...AMD with its "spry Athy" has captured the big-time attention of the marketplace in one year...AMD with its "spry Athy" is in the process of capturing big-time marketplace orders in only its second year...Oh, and let's not forget that pre-Athy ASP was about $55, post Athy ASP is now $1.00 and rising rapidly owing to ownership of the top end of the consumer marketplace and an expanding order base...AMD's "spry Athy" ASP and volumes are headed much higher over the next several years...Just can't say the same for its competitors...I suspect the general market players are in the throes of figuring this one out as I type...AMD, after INTC's "bad air" announcement today can no longer be ignored...AMD has arrived on the big stage!!!
