One of these times the sell-off won't be followed with a recovery.

Don,
I hear you. But RMBS with a 12 month forward PEG of 0.9 (which RMBS will easily top) does not concern me (yes, it may move up or down but long term is going up). However, I own a few others who don't have as nice of a PEG and some short term plays that I do care what happens to the markets.

BTW, I was also in the market during Oct 87 and came out of it just fine. Long term the market will do just fine and so will your good long term stocks like Rambus. But I currently have a few short term plays that don't sit well with me (for example AMD - I thought it hit bottom but I was wrong :-(

"One of these times the sell-off won't be followed with a recovery"

You couldn't be more correct but THIS ONE WILL.

Buy tomorrow,

Don, please show me one time in the history of the market that a sell off hasn't been followed by a recovery. Seriously now ..
