Let me see if I have this right.

If I tell you to jump off a bridge, and you do and kill yourself, thats your tough luck.

But if I tell you to buy a stock and you lose money, I can go to jail?

I am sorry, but it seems to me that the SEC suffers from a severe lack of testicular fortitude.

If a 19 year old kid can be prosecuted for possessing 1/8 of a gram of crack, and can be incarcerated at great cost for that offense, I don't see why they can't prosecute the alleged theft of over a quarter of a million dollars.

I say it is time for the SEC to either grow some balls or go home.
