LF, You might be right so on Friday I'll feel like I'm in Home Depot after a hurricane; that hit the store. Dutch Fire Sale in the AM. Yes there may be one on Monday or Tuesday, but a year from now will you really notice the difference. Heck we may rally in the afternoon following CNBC trotting out all the bulls after the AM bears. INTC excuses were higher than planned marketing expenses and increased spending on new market initiatives. This will not be the case with other tech reporting in Oct. It was not oil, interest rates...etc.
