I think that a double bottom of 3548 in NDX cash will just about do it for this one. I for one dont see this INTC warning as a big deal and I think it is more Intel than the industry (AMD has been taking share away for some time now and they are just not executing well). But Intel is a biggie and there is already a lot of fear in the market so there will be a selloff and I see that as a buying opportunity.
