now you know why companies like msft always gave very cautious outlooks during conference calls. Miss by 1.4 cents and you get killed. The market has wanted to go down all summer and it now looks like it has the perfect excuse.

No Dave, Your math is good and our old bearpit of CNBC said the same thing. I was scratching my head and saying "all this for a reduction of one penny in earnings". And then I went back to watch the Olympics. As you know, we have the Live broadcast here in Canada in 2 languages even, eh!!
