Hi Dealie,

I'm not exactly sure which Gorillas he was referring to.

I looked at their list:
siliconinvestor.com
and I see CSCO, EMC, GMST, INTC, MSFT, JDSU, NTAP, QCOM, SEBL, and SUNW.

The four with the lowest P/E's are INTC, MSFT, QCOM, and SUNW, I think.

However, I'm not sure how quickly INTC and MSFT will climb with this baggage that they hold.

I'd look for QCOM to go back down to that base it has created over the last few months. I'm guessing that at this level it would be a safer buy. If it goes anywhere in the 50's I'be buying for sure.

I also would believe that companies in the fiber optic area may be a good play.
I'm not sure how far JDSU/SDLI will drop. If it looks extreme, I'd like them.
I'm not sure if JNPR has any sort of Gorilla status. If they drop hard, they will probably become a favorite of mine.
I've watched them climb forever it seems. Always thinking that it can't continue much further...

I'd also like to get into EXTR after it deflates.
I'd have a buy order on them at $75 and perhaps another one at $65ish, 50ish, etc.

I think picking up a little at a time between now and Monday would be the best thing for me.
I wish I had more cash.
I could possibly dip into margin during this sell off.
No more than 10%-15% though.
If there is a bounce at some point in the day, I may use it as an opportunity to get out of some of thoses trades I had been playing... Then put the money into quality techs.

BRCD, QCOM, JNPR, EXTR, etc.
If you look on the charts and see what their May lows are, these could possibly be the bottom.
I don't think this drop will be that drastic though.
INTC's warning is small and reflect mostly the PC industry.
Therefore marketwide selloffs will be an opportunity to get into oversold fiber.

I strongly believe that this sell off will be the beginning of the next bull market.
We need this flushing out in order to begin climbing again.

This time I won't be panic selling.
I'm ready for it.
Bring it on!
