They put a poison pill into play tonite - and I think that they are in mtgs to look at the what next phase.

My feelings are with the long term low POG,they have found that there just isn't any significant exploration ongoing anymore.

They can't do what they used to anymore,even without the merger. This is what I feel management was telling us honestly.

There is some good news beyond this issue. The Russian government owns 80% of all palladium on earth. They have recently moved to centralize control of this strategic asset. They will attempt to drive the price north.

Couple this with the fact that palladium is replacing platinum slowly in catalytic converters and we have a nice asset in the Stillwater royalty for a long while,IMO.
