Here's one you & Pezz can go back & forth about for some time. It shows the ban placed on off-shore CA production of petroleum by Gore / Clinton is HURTING the environment more than helping it. note graph showing oil in the seas from offshore production(2%) less than that from transportation(45%) or even natural sources(8%). Thus it is of lesser environmental impact to get the petroleum from costal sources more near point of use than haul it from farther away. noia.org
