William: "Because of the Intel news?" Yes, I would say INTC is a pretty central player in the computer industry -- wouldn't you? If I had to predict the performance of the industry as a whole, the dominant component supplier would be a better indicator than a downstream boxmaker. If INTc is slowing and DELL is not, there must be a boxmaker or two out there preparing to swallow some teeth.
