<<DELL is also losing people rapidly in their home town of Austin, TX>>

I've also seen an unprecedented departure of people from Dell which is perhaps not surprising given a) the DELL work culture would be hard to take if you didn't think your stock was going to rise above its 52-week low any time soon, b) Austin has a vibrant tech community with lots of alternative opportunities, and c) many are Dellionaires sitting on $MM in stock and can comfortably leave on their own terms.

My reason for the DELL update was not to tout DELL (which I will not invest in) but to point out that companies without Gorilla control over their architecture could be at risk from companies like DELL that are targeting their high, but perhaps unsustainable, margins.
