If I understand the circuit breakers correctly, the NAZ futures are limit down. They opened the Globex session limit down and therefore could only trade above limit down during the night, but they did not. They will likely open limit down and therefore not trade for the first 10 minutes of the day. At that time they will finally "open." Then we will know what we are dealing with....not really before that.
