WWS. Thanks for the Nightline heads up. Just missed it. OT/ Turned on the tube and the first thing that came on after the show was an ad, "Eliminate all your bills for just $300!". I kid you not. Basically a quick promo on how to dodge creditors and be a deadbeat, LEGALLY! The ad was sleeziest hard sell by a lawyer on TV I'd ever seen. Guess we have to expect such trash after 8 years of the Clinton/Gore regime taking enormous campaign contributions from individual attorneys as well as legal trade groups and subsequently going all out to protect the profession from legislative or regulatory restraints that are sorely needed.
