I don't know if you heard about ICG Communications but they are sliding into bankruptcy and their bondholders are going to lose a ton of money.The shock from this bankruptcy is going to make it near impossible for highly speculative money losing tech companies to raise any more money from the bond markets. With the present rate of cash burn, AMZN likely won't last long enough to find out if Europe is a better place for e-business than the US.
