A new annoyance ... I was waiting for one of those red lights to turn green. You know the kind -- one begins to think the switch is broken it takes so long. A green Volvo station-wagon pulls into traffic and cuts off a half dozen cars and a dump-truck as it crosses into the wrong lane. In the back window was one of those yellow signs stuck on with suction cups "BABY on BOARD", and there was a baby in the car. Now, just who does this idiot think she is that she puts a sign in her car to tell everyone else to alter their driving habits to accommodate her because she has a baby in her car? It's her baby, and her responsibility to alter her driving habits to provide an additional level of safety for her precious passenger. Perhaps she should take her sign and turn it around so it's facing her when she drives. But then again, I'd recommend the sign be put elsewhere. Cheers, PW.
