Dear Eugene: INTC has been a core holding of mine for years so thankfully my basis is quite low. I thought I would ride out the current list of failures hoping that a company as prestigious and rich would ultimately find their way out of the current morass. However, I did not bank on the fact that management has become inept, whether for reasons of softness, tiredness, or age. It isnt the INTC price that will hurt me, it will be the effect their warning will have on other good companies on the NAZ. I suspect this will not be a 2-3 day effect, I think this could likely put the NAZ at a level where its going to take a lot of work to get it back on its upward climb again. JDN

Eugene,
how do you rationalize brcm & rfmd then? I see you listed them in your profile. What does brcm have in revenue, 600 M and astronomical PE.
