And finally - can you say "72 hours"!

Dear James,

The form 211 is a very simple form, because we are switching from one exchange to another. You can download it from www.otcbb.com for your review. One marketmaker has to fill it out and just send it in. My MM told me that
within 72 hours we should be re-listed. In order to file the form we have to have the no comment letter from the SEC, which we still not have. They are still reviewing.
