There have been two signal changes and one consensus signal change since Wednesday. The Top Ten Consensus is now bearish with 2 bulls, 6 bears and 2 neutral. Don Wolanchuck has moved to a September 21 sell signal from a previous buy on July 5. Richard Mueller has moved to a September 21 sell signal from a previous buy on August 15.

Siemens, Phillips Electronics and ST Microelectronics all European chip makers have come out and said their business is great including pc components. Yesterday Dell said they are on track for 30% growth. This is beginning to sound more and more of an Intel issue and not an industry wide problem.
