Zbyslaw, well looks like we're going to live through this<g>. I finally picked up my other half of ALA Mar 70 calls at 10 5/8. Wish I had been more on the ball, but waited until I felt confident. So let's rally this puppy!

PC's, you're a brave man with Apple Zbyslaw, though sounds like you got in at the bottom waay back when...congrats! The new windows version is out, and you are probably right, it should help spur christmas sales for the Santa Claus rally. FWIW, CPQ is quite the misunderstood company IMO. I believe any weakness in consumer sales will be more than covered by corporate purchases if larger iron systems. CPQ also picked up a world-wide service organization with one of the aquisitions that sacked the stock over the last couple years. FWIW, I bought more CPQ today also and have a January target of 45. I normally don't overweight on any one stock, but now hold a block of 50 contracts on both CPQ and CS for the Santa Claus rally...course they were cheap compared to my ALA investments<g>.

The big question in my mind is who's cutting into INTC's business...AMD or SUNW or?

I may buy NVLS today also...trying to find out when the book 2 bill is out. As an semi-equip manufacturer they benefit from the likes of ALA as well as the boxmakers and many others. Never lost on an NVLS option trade over 4 years as I don't believe I've ever lost on an ALA option trade over 2<g>.

Good luck next week. Barring any further tech big cap earnings warnings, I think we may be, or are close to over the hump.

regards,

sf
