Joseph Lieberman on Good Morning America just now. He states reason for releasing crude from the nation's Strategic Petroleum Reserve is that "OPEC has been intransigent in its refusal to raise output"! Furthermore, he added, OPEC is a cartel that would, if subject to US laws, be designated an "illegal monopoly" and then "busted up". In my opinion, the only job that this guy is suited for is scripting "villain" scripts for the World Wrestling Federation.
