These are shares that were held in margin, cash, IRA, and RRSP accounts as of September 1, 2000. Also the registered shares as of September 1, 2000 totaled 23,681,890 for a total between the two groups of over 150 million shares. The total outstanding shares as of September 1 was approx. 117 million. We also estimate that including the registered shareholders we have made contact with less than 1,000 shareholders out the total of 4,262. Unless the shareholders lied to us (and I don't believe that for a moment) these totals don't compute.

Read this: If you see a nuclear mushroom cloud in the Northern skies today up over Canada, you'll know that is one of our Medinah shareholders who angrily climbed on a plane from Southern California a couple of hours ago to physically pick up his cert for some 900,000 shares of Medinah from a prominate Canadian broker/dealer.(This firm has long been identified by Medinah a bad boy brokerage..) He has been repeatedly stalled in his efforts for a very long time and apparantly enough is enough! If you Canadians see this man-do not confront him-he is on a mission! You can tell which one he is-he's the only guy with a tan in Canada! Giv'em #### G.G.! Cheers!
