LOL... i know..i know.. they NEVER read my emails either.. for years I've written them about this or that... (not always bad stuff and many times my letters were very professional and I even would include some nice compliments)... I'd say 99 of 100 replies from ETrade NEVER have anything to do with what I wrote about I can point out 10 things and maybe get a generic response on 1 of the points.. the rest go ignored it's pretty funny... but sad at the same time. I was just posting what etrade tech support suggested which was to have people simply email SERVICE@ETRADE.COM asking them to take a look at the IPO center and correct the problems they've been having and to list some examples if no one wants to email them.. no problem.. even doing it anonymously.. then okay with me... just passing on the info jim ps.. consider the issue dropped.. but just remember that if the system gets worse we're going to have to call in every single IOI and RECONFIRM and if they lose the orders like they lost yours and mine.. then we'll never get another IPO
