Absolutely, Don. The entire bull market since '95 has been seen by some economists as the Fed losing control of the money supply and the inflation occurring in equity prices. The last two years, when the Fed cut rates, has seen the rate of ascent steepen. I haven't measured the difference in angles between the 94 and 98 trendlines, but if it's a 50% or greater difference, that would be indicative of a blow-off top.
