I agree with Bush on this one, but that's a carelessly-written article, and I don't just mean the "pubic policy." A rise in OPEC production would undermine the effect of releasing oil from the reserve? It would, of course, exaggerate it. UPI needs some better writers and editors.

The dollar index has merely come back down here to the point where it blew off. I think it has to fall below 105 for gold to sustain a rally.
