Somewhat off topic, are you familiar with the medium scale implementation of fuel cells by some of the Northeastern utilities? Instead of expanding capacity by building new generating stations, they're installing natural gas fed fuel cells in customer's homes. I don't have a link, but have done some work with someone who is doing their demand forecasting and cost analysis. It's not a pilot program, it's how they're expanding capacity. It's evidently more economical than building new peakers and dealing with NIMBY. The units are about the size of a mini refrigerator. Regards, Dan
