Atin,

I certainly expected it. Futures quotes are later than ever.

Quote.com, after a year of promising the IP feed you still are 1 month out for your drop dead date. I suggest to you that the experiences users had in the spring, and now, shall be ample documentary evidence to prove that you are not meeting your reasonable promise of service delivery.

Put another way, virtually every other commercial quote service of note in the world are delivering timely accurate quotes today for CME futures. Hell I can get timely and accurate quotes with depth from a simple Java applet on the CME site. But you are not.

And you haven't been able to provide a realiable, and reasonable, service level for over a year now.

Terrific!

And terrifically damning. And documented.

Currently, there is a high amount of queuing on all QCharts servers. We suggest taking INTC off of any symbol lists or charts, and reducing the amount of symbols and charts on your workspace(s) to help minimize the problem. This is because there is a mechanism that will put high-demand users on the queue; due to the high amount of trades and data coming through on Intel, users "subscribed" to that symbol are treated as high-demand clients, and automatically put on the queue.

- Delete all instances of INTC
- Close QCharts
- Delete Temp folder
- Reopen QCharts

This sucks. I have no charts

I had no charts either this morning. I removed all my files in the temp/ directory and now they're back.

Quote.com - PLEASE CLEAN YOUR TEMP DIRECTORY! It's not that hard - when the app starts up, clean the directory.
