Watch GLBL put in a $10 double bottom & turn & run post wash sale expiration...

GLBL ran thru $18-$20 in June atop the back of the major OSX rally; blew off on the lowered visibility warning; got oversold to $10; bounced quickly back to $13-$14 support; and now is getting Institutional tax loss selling from those who jumped on the OSX Train on that GLBL run to $20.

...they'll be back; GLBL getting some savy shorting into this institutional unloading as well; it's allways been a good trader in both directions (remember those $5-$8 & $8 - $10 runs earlier in the cycle in both directions ?); oversold here once again & clearly so; it's a "Super Ball-bouncer" in 30+ days/post wash sale expiration imho... love it here; an absolute gift and putting in a technical double bottom at $10.

There can be no remaining expansion to this cycle without seeing an ultimate $20 GLBL; the Cap Ex $ are committed allready supporting it - unless those Cap Ex budgets get pulled in - this is a freebie; positioned perfectly in the hot Offshore W Africa & the GOM; Dore did not give away margins bidding on the "early recovery" contracts here - he bit the bullet; let the competition take the initial low margin work here and this savy ole' Field General is now sitting in the offshore construction & pipelaying Catbirds Seat - and few recognize what he did to position the company here for the high margin work - I love it... a true "1st Class CEO" leading this ship....
