The problem is that you didn't get me.. I said if 1% Comp rises your positions are double trouble, I never said that 99% you are correct, please read me right..what is risk anlysis, iti s about elimination of prospects of total loss, do you know that why nations disappeared form the face of this earth it was lack of interest in analysis of risk, Islam is one example as a religion it de-emphasised the importance of risk, reliance on will of God and pre-destination was given more importance and that led to all the Islamic scientests like Al- jabr and Al- kindi subject to edict of heresy and permanent debarment from the society, tha led to stagnation and insulation of thought process, likewise it is important for you to know your risk , form your trade profile you are double protected for market fall it is the other side that needs a little protection, my point was supose if it rallies what are you going to do, please protect yourselve from some rally too, anyway market does not move in one direction..even if you are 99% right you should protect yourselve from that 1% eventuality..love and regards..
