Sam,

Very little has been discussed about the SEG deal at the show. I guess its been overshadowed by the Quaxtor deal or everyone is used to it now and accepts what's happening, or both, and figures bitching about the price wouldn't make a hill of beans.

How the HDD/Maxtor deal would be structured is the subject of considerable debate. I haven't sorted out my own feeling yet.

Porter admits that since he's out of the business of publishing his reports (since the start of this year), he's been removed somewhat from the good stuff.

Now I've missed the Fujitsu/Seagate rumor. Help me out here.
